The design preserves the building’s architectural integrity while introducing a refined, modern hospitality experience.

The renovation introduced 162 guest rooms featuring exposed concrete ceilings, custom millwork, and built-in furnishings that highlight the structure’s historic character. Public spaces include the Guild Bar, finished with Brazilian leathered quartzite and tailored detailing, and Luca, a full-service restaurant with indoor seating and a landscaped open-air courtyard. Grace Garden, an urban outdoor lounge, provides a flexible setting for social gatherings.

The original gymnasium was repurposed as a dramatic event ballroom, and the former mechanical mezzanine was converted into a penthouse-level suite designed for private functions. These adaptive reuse spaces blend historic ambiance with contemporary comfort and versatility.
