Texas A&M University at Galveston Atlantic + Pacific Residence Halls
Galveston, TX
The Atlantic and Pacific Residence Halls expand student housing at Texas A&M University at Galveston with 169,200 square feet of new residential space. Adding 600 beds, the development enhances campus life with a welcoming environment that complements the surrounding architecture and encourages student engagement.

Each unit accommodates four students with two private sleeping areas, a shared bathroom, and a common entry space. Amenities throughout the complex include administrative offices, reception areas, study lounges, laundry rooms, and fully wired card-access security systems that provide safety and convenience. Outdoor features such as seating walls, barbecue areas, and gathering spaces extend opportunities for relaxation and community building.
The project also introduced a pedestrian and bicycle circulation system that connects directly to the broader campus network. Secure lighting, clear wayfinding signage, and accessible bike racks support safe and efficient movement across campus while encouraging alternative modes of transportation.
