student commons

Phase one delivered modern classroom and laboratory space, including 120-seat lecture halls and 90-seat general classrooms. The third floor was dedicated to the Physics and Chemistry Departments, with laboratories designed to support both organic and general chemistry instruction.

Phase two introduced a multifunctional student commons at the main campus entry. The first floor features a campus bookstore, café, and commuter lounge, while the upper levels house a divisible multipurpose room for events such as career fairs, graduation ceremonies, and business functions.

Civil engineering services, also provided by PGAL, included site utilities, drainage, and accessible pathways. Redesigned parking and improved connectivity now link the front of campus directly to the new complex, creating a cohesive and welcoming gateway for students, faculty, and visitors.
