The multi-phase program included large-format digital signage, static displays in both illuminated and non-illuminated formats, video walls, charging stations, and courtesy phones. Design strategies prioritized passenger convenience and visual clarity while meeting all Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority standards.

In collaboration with Clear Channel Airports’ design, engineering, and media teams, the fixtures were carefully integrated into the terminal environment. PGAL’s familiarity with the Terminal B/C complex informed every decision, from preserving open sightlines and access to natural light to maintaining visibility of amenities and airfield views.

Material selections were chosen to align with the terminal’s architectural vocabulary, including glass, terrazzo, stainless steel, painted structural steel, and high-impact wall panels. The advertising components were treated with the same level of design consideration as wayfinding and public art, contributing to a cohesive and visually balanced terminal experience.
