Terminal 3 Dining Terrace at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

The project supports both national and regional dining brands and features a walk-up remote order kiosk station that serves all four venues.

Suite 350 accommodates Fat Sal’s and Yakumi. Fat Sal’s, an LA-inspired sandwich shop, incorporates graffiti-style artwork and LED accent lighting for a bold, streetwise aesthetic. Yakumi, a fast-casual sushi restaurant, integrates automated sushi preparation equipment and printed graphic panels on aluminum screened with longboard, creating a clean and efficient back-of-house environment.

Suite 351 houses Cava and Pizza Please. Cava was designed with updated national brand guidelines, incorporating thematic aluminum graphics and wood-look longboard finishes to soften and warm the high-visibility corner of the concourse. Pizza Please operates as a ghost kitchen model supported by a secure food locker system that keeps pickup fast, easy, and contact-free.

The overall layout creates more than a dining option. It delivers a curated destination that combines bold branding, smart operational flow, and seamless service in one of the busiest terminals in the country.
