The resulting concept features a five-level parking structure designed to accommodate 645 vehicles across approximately 280,200 square feet. An active retail zone occupies the ground floor, supporting restaurants, a bookstore, and additional retail opportunities. Indoor and outdoor seating areas create a flexible social destination that encourages both campus interaction and commercial activity.

Strategically located at the intersection of Washington Street and N. St. Felix Street, the garage anchors a key gateway near the university’s baseball field. The facility reinforces the campus edge and enhances pedestrian flow along one of the school’s primary corridors.

The structure’s brick façade, finished in “Tarleton Red,” aligns with surrounding campus architecture to preserve visual cohesion. In addition to supporting future campus growth, the garage provides essential relief to existing parking challenges, blending convenience with architectural continuity.
