Signature Aviation/NetJets Terminal + Hangar Facilities at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

A new private aviation campus at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) redefines the business jet experience with thoughtfully designed facilities that prioritize efficiency, privacy, and comfort. Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, NetJets, Executive Jet Management (EJM), and Molasky Development, the project delivers a secure and seamless environment for VIP travelers and crew.

The three-building complex includes a 7,528-square-foot structure divided into two distinct areas: a dedicated U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processing zone and a VIP lounge for Signature Aviation’s Sports and Charter operations. The Signature space is tailored for professional sports teams and charter passengers, providing a relaxed, amenity-rich setting while teams are cleared through customs.

Adjacent to the CBP facility is a 26,220-square-foot hangar supporting EJM operations, paired with 5,042 square feet of integrated office and support space to streamline airside functions.

Anchoring the campus and designed by Mead & Hunt, is the 64,000-square-foot terminal and maintenance facility for NetJets that features expansive glazing and high ceilings to maximize natural light and support intuitive circulation. Passenger amenities include dedicated lounges, complimentary Wi-Fi, television areas, and enhanced food and beverage options.

The planning and design team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure flexibility for future growth, while aligning spatial flow with operational goals. The result is a highly functional campus that meets the needs of modern private aviation without compromising on experience or performance.
