The transaction counter was relocated closer to the entrance to create a more intuitive and efficient point of arrival, creating space for a new doorway providing direct access to the back office area, supporting smoother staff operations.

A glass divider was introduced above the new counter, offering a balance of visibility and separation between staff and visitors. The updated layout also features a new work area behind the counter, designed to support staff productivity in a confined footprint.

Interior upgrades in the waiting area include new lighting and flooring, enhancing the overall atmosphere and durability of the space. Minor modifications to the HVAC system ensure proper airflow, accounting for the impact of the added glazing.

The renovation delivers a cleaner, more connected environment while maintaining the clarity and accessibility expected in a high-traffic university setting.
