Rollertown Beerworks
Frisco, TX
Located on a 2.6-acre site at the prominent corner of Main Street and John Elliott Parkway, Rollertown Beerworks was envisioned as more than a brewery - it serves as a landmark destination and anchor for Frisco’s Rail District.
By creating a strong urban edge along Main Street, the project establishes an active, walkable presence that strengthens the connection between downtown Frisco and the evolving entertainment corridor.
The development reflects close collaboration between PGAL, the City of Frisco, Rollertown Beerworks, and Crossland Construction, aligning public vision with private investment to deliver a destination that serves both brand and community.
Inspired by Rollertown’s story of “moving towns” and building community wherever it lands, the architecture translates that narrative into placemaking. The industrial aesthetic reflects the character of the Rail District through honest materials, bold massing, and layered indoor and outdoor spaces. The 24,000-square-foot facility includes a two-story brewery and production area, dedicated research and development space, a 5,344-square-foot taproom and merchandise area, and a 4,668-square-foot second-level bar and dining pavilion with a balcony overlooking the event lawn.
At the center of the site, a permanent outdoor stage and open-air event lawn create a flexible venue for concerts, festivals, watch parties, and community gatherings. Frisco’s historic grain silos provide a dramatic backdrop, reinforcing the district’s heritage while framing a vibrant new public space.
