Rental Car + Ground Transporation Center at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR)

PGAL is leading the design of a new consolidated rental car facility that addresses both current demands and long-term flexibility.

Located within walking distance of the terminal, the ConRAC relocates all rental car operations to a right-sized, efficient facility that simplifies the traveler experience. The two-level structure will provide approximately 800 ready-equivalent rental car spaces at grade and nearly 800 rental car storage spaces.

By consolidating rental car functions, the facility also alleviates terminal curbside congestion. This first-phase development lays the foundation for a multi-phased plan to enhance circulation across the airport campus, prioritizing walkability, operational efficiency, and a seamless travel experience.
