Located on a 14-acre site, the 100,000-square-foot facility accommodates up to 302 dogs, 250 cats, and various livestock. Designed to maximize daylight and provide a calming, welcoming environment, the facility includes indoor/outdoor enclosures, species-specific housing, and efficient circulation for both animals and staff.

To meet the County’s evolving needs, the design incorporates a fully equipped veterinary clinic and flexible spaces that support future program growth. Additional amenities include a volunteer administration area, adoption center, warehouse, barn, and animal transport zones. A two-story expansion houses administrative offices and law enforcement support.
