Oscar’s Brewing Company

The design transforms the site into a fast-casual dining destination featuring a modern brewing facility, an indoor-outdoor bar, expansive exterior dining areas, and an outdoor recreation yard.

Drawing inspiration from neighboring vineyards and farms, the bier garden trellis is constructed with rough-sawn grape stakes, while gabion wall accents create a welcoming gateway for visitors to Temecula. The architectural palette blends distressed barn wood siding, corrugated metal, and Cor-Ten steel panels, honoring the region’s agricultural heritage and framing sweeping views of the Temecula Valley and nearby duck pond.
