Minimally Invasive Hand Institute

This 11,688-square-foot outpatient surgery center was designed to support minimally invasive hand treatments and accelerated patient recovery. The modern, single-story facility includes four operating rooms, multiple procedure rooms, and both pre- and post-operative care areas. A spacious reception and waiting area, decontamination and clean processing zones, and dedicated storage spaces complete the program.

The layout streamlines clinical workflows through thoughtful circulation routes and adjacencies, while finishes were selected to create a calming, patient-centered atmosphere. The result is a surgical environment that balances technical precision with comfort and efficiency.
