MGM ARIA Typical Rooms Remodel
Las Vegas, NV
PGAL, in collaboration with KES Studios, is leading a comprehensive renovation of more than 3,200 rooms across 44 floors of the ARIA Las Vegas hotel, encompassing 64 distinct room types. PGAL serves as Architect of Record for the model rooms and as both Interior Architect of Record and continued Architect of Record for the full tower rollout.
The renovation is designed to position ARIA for the next 6 to 10 years, elevating its sophistication and refinement while shaping the future of Las Vegas hospitality. The design vision emphasizes refreshed glitz, lavish indulgence, and plush warmth.
Guestroom interiors focus on well-being and ease, offering a residential feel through tactile materials, rich textures, and timeless patterns. Typical corridors and elevator lobbies are defined by desaturated tones and clean lines, introducing a new era of serenity and sophistication to the guest experience.
