A 30,000-square-foot transit center anchors the ground-floor lobby, providing seamless integration with daily commuter traffic. The building also includes a 160-seat auditorium with 22 dedicated board member seats, creating a civic hub for public meetings and community engagement.

Office floors balance open-plan workstations with private offices to support collaboration and access to natural light. A 10,000-square-foot data and command center ensures uninterrupted operations with full 24/7 backup redundancy.
