The 250,000-square-foot parking structure supports the growing Medical City Dallas campus, replacing a former surface lot to serve Building D and the nearby Women’s and Children’s Hospital. The six-level garage provides 752 spaces, including 16 accessible spaces and two electric vehicle charging stations, and improves circulation across the site.

Constructed of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs, ramps, beams, and exterior wall panels, the garage matches the architectural character of adjacent facilities. Each parking level spans approximately 42,000 square feet, with one level partially below grade. The design includes two open concrete stairwells and a concrete masonry elevator shaft containing two electric traction machine room-less elevators.

To enhance vehicle flow and user convenience, two entry points are located at the ground level and the north side of the second level. Three exit areas, each equipped with pay stations, support efficient egress. A rooftop helipad further strengthens the hospital’s emergency response capabilities.
