Designed in collaboration with Bishop Pass, the 10,000-square-foot coastal Italian eatery and lounge offers a light, airy atmosphere defined by natural materials and warm finishes.

A dramatic terracotta arched entry leads into interiors featuring three bars, an open kitchen, and an intimate dance floor, creating a lively yet relaxed setting. Beyond the dining room, a poolside patio with daybeds and cabanas connects directly to the hotel’s pool, extending the experience and emphasizing the seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
