The design focused on enhancing the customer experience through an open layout, upgraded technology, and refreshed interiors. Key improvements include an expanded lounge, reconfigured reception area, break room, coffee bar, upgraded restrooms, car rental kiosk, business center, family room, and dedicated pilot lounges.

Working in coordination with Jet Aviation’s interior designer, PGAL replaced the previous segmented floor plan with an open configuration that improves visibility and flow. The repositioned reception desk allows staff to monitor approximately 80 percent of the terminal, including all key access points.

The material palette and finishes were selected to create a calm, professional setting that supports comfort, efficiency, and brand identity. The renovation reflects Jet Aviation’s commitment to a premium ground experience, blending thoughtful design with operational functionality.
