Houston Community College Northline Campus Parking Garage

The Northline Campus Parking Garage is a three-level precast concrete structure that delivers 466 parking spaces in its initial phase. Designed with future expansion in mind, the structure is planned to accommodate two additional levels, increasing total capacity to 800 vehicles.

Replacing a large surface lot, the garage reclaims valuable campus space and provides a long-term solution to support evolving transportation and academic needs.
The façade features a clean linear pattern that reflects the aesthetic of adjacent campus buildings. By simplifying the architectural expression and minimizing changes in materials, the design team was able to control costs while preserving funding for future enhancements.
