Gravity Heights – Mission Valley

The 6,000-square-foot brewpub integrates a 3,700-square-foot interior with a 2,300-square-foot patio, blending seamlessly into its urban surroundings.

Inspired by the casual elegance of Tulum and the Yucatán Peninsula, the design features pastel hues, layered botanical accents, and eclectic furnishings that balance style with comfort. The flexible layout accommodates both small gatherings and large parties, with oversized picnic tables encouraging community and conversation. The patio is designed for year-round use, offering ample shade in warmer months and heaters when temperatures drop.

Gravity Heights – Mission Valley

Family- and dog-friendly, the space invites guests to linger over local cuisine and house-brewed beers in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Every element of the design supports social connection, adaptability, and a strong sense of place.

We had an absolute blast collaborating with PGAL, not just in bringing our vision to life, but in navigating the many complex challenges that come with designing and building a restaurant from the ground up. They were more than just architects; they were problem-solvers, thought partners, and steady hands throughout the entire process.
