The project introduced three key interventions: an expanded fitness center with a cycling studio and outdoor exercise areas, a fast-casual restaurant with an indoor-outdoor bar and catering kitchen, and a multiuse patio with an events lawn for dining, recreation, and social gatherings.

Positioned near the main lobby, the restaurant and adjacent meeting rooms open to the outdoors through large bi-fold doors, creating a seamless flow of space. The events lawn links the fitness center and office tower, using natural topography to define layered zones that remain active throughout the day.
