FBO interior

At the center of the development is a 15,000-square-foot FBO facility serving as the main hub for passengers and crew. The building includes a spacious concourse, comfortable lounges, a dedicated pilot lounge, conference rooms, a coffee bar, a galley, and staff support areas. The exterior features a mix of brick, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, and expansive glazing that frames runway and park views while maximizing daylight.

Three adjacent hangars accommodate large aircraft, including models as large as the Bombardier G7500. Two hangars span 40,000 square feet, while the third measures 30,000 square feet. These pre-engineered metal structures feature long-span framing, motorized doors, clerestory windows, and durable epoxy flooring. Lean-to structures provide additional admin and support space to meet operational needs.

Designed for efficiency and visual appeal, the facility offers a full range of amenities while meeting the technical demands of modern aviation.
