Florida Atlantic University Parliament Hall

Parliament Hall is a LEED Gold certified freshman housing and dining complex that accommodates 600 students and supports Florida Atlantic University’s Living Learning community model.

Designed to reflect the scale and architectural character of the Boca Raton campus, the 188,000-square-foot residence includes a mix of single- and double-occupancy suites ranging from 625 to 800 square feet. Unit types include two double-bedroom, two-bathroom suites and four single-bedroom, two-bathroom suites, offering flexible living arrangements for first-year students.
Ground-floor amenities are organized to encourage academic and social interaction. These include a large multipurpose space, study rooms, two classrooms, housing offices, and a welcoming lobby. The complex also features a three-bedroom faculty-in-residence apartment and two staff apartments that support the university’s Living Learning framework.
Additional amenities such as laundry facilities, a fitness center, outdoor courtyard, volleyball court, and barbecue area provide space for informal gathering and student connection.
The 12,000-square-foot dining room features clerestory windows with lakefront views, creating a bright and communal dining experience.
