The two-story, three-building complex includes 18 modular lab lines, 40 private offices, and four collaborative bullpen areas. Each lab offers high levels of flexibility, supporting a wide range of scientific disciplines. Direct views of the water and abundant natural light connect researchers to the coastal environment while promoting focus and well-being.

A three-story, glass-enclosed lobby defines the main entry and serves as a visual landmark, reinforcing the university’s focus on marine science.

A landscaped courtyard and tree-lined plaza connect the new facility to the adjacent Link Building, creating shaded outdoor areas for informal collaboration, study, and reflection.
