DNC Concessions on Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Atlanta, GA
PGAL transformed an existing concession space in Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) into a modern, high-efficiency dining environment designed to serve high passenger volumes within a compact footprint.

Located within one of the world’s busiest airports, this 1,500-square-foot interior build-out reimagines a former concession area as a contemporary quick-service restaurant that prioritizes clarity, speed, and comfort. Working within the constraints of an active terminal, our team developed a layout that streamlines circulation while supporting back-of-house efficiency.
The plan integrates self-order kiosks, clearly defined queueing areas, flexible seating options, and a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate peak travel periods. Each element is carefully positioned to maintain intuitive wayfinding and reduce congestion within the concourse. Material selections and layered lighting introduce warmth and human scale, balancing the clean, modern aesthetic with a welcoming atmosphere for travelers.
As part of PGAL’s broader work within ATL, the team also delivered adjacent concessions including ASW Distillery Flights & Bites and two Starbucks locations. Each space was carefully coordinated to align with airport standards while reinforcing the unique identity of each brand, contributing to a cohesive and elevated passenger dining experience.
Through thoughtful spatial planning and operational coordination, we helped elevate the airport’s evolving food and beverage program. The result is a high-performing concession space that enhances the passenger experience while maximizing functionality within a limited footprint.
