Consolidated Quick Turnaround Facility at Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP)

Serving seven rental car agencies in a true common-use environment, the facility streamlines operations with shared infrastructure—12 fuel positions, three car wash bays, and five flexible maintenance and administration areas. Each agency also benefits from exclusive-use service bays and office space to maintain operational autonomy within the shared footprint.

PGAL led a series of operational planning studies to ensure the facility would maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and remain financially sustainable. These efforts informed design decisions that improved flow, enhanced safety, and simplified maintenance logistics.

In addition to car servicing areas, the facility includes 500 secure parking spaces for storage vehicles and 40 non-secured spaces for employee parking.

This cost-conscious, scalable facility reflects PGAL’s commitment to solving complex logistical challenges through strategic planning and collaborative design.
