Community Supervision + Corrections Department (CSCD) Atascocita Campus
Humble, TX
The CSCD Atascocita Campus supports Harris County’s Dual Diagnosis and Residential Treatment programs, offering a structured, residential setting where up to 1,000 residents can work toward lasting behavioral change. The design promotes community, responsibility, and recovery through a thoughtful campus layout.

Ten residential dormitories provide each resident with access to showers, laundry areas, group rooms, and dayrooms designed with a comfortable, residential feel. Shared campus features include a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, multipurpose classrooms, a culinary education center, and a clinic equipped with exam rooms and pharmacy services.
On the public side of the site, a visitor center will offer a welcoming space for family interaction, while administrative and counselor offices provide secure, private areas for staff and case management.
After the initial four modular dormitories were completed (by other firms), the project expanded to include enhancements that improved the long-term performance and functionality of the campus. These improvements included upgraded building envelopes, site-wide drainage strategies, the addition of a central plant, and a full-campus backup generator to ensure continuity of services across all program areas.
