At the heart of the facility is an 11,000-square-foot leisure pool and 12,500-square-foot deck featuring slides, climbing elements, water sprays, floating logs, and a diving board, creating activities for all ages. Shade structures and a UV-filtered water system enhance comfort and quality.

A 4,600-square-foot support building provides restrooms, showers, offices, a concession area, and a multifunctional room for community programs. Its stone and stucco exterior with green metal roofing complements the neighborhood, while mature trees and landscaping preserve the park-like character.

The 18,700-square-foot surrounding green space includes two tennis courts and a wooden deck for events and relaxation.
