Replacing two aging municipal buildings, the development creates a modern, community-focused destination that meets both current and future needs. Located nine miles north of downtown Fort Worth, the site builds on Saginaw’s legacy as an agribusiness hub while serving its expanding population.

The two-story, 30,000-square-foot public library nearly triples the size of the previous facility. Designed to support lifelong learning, the library includes a public meeting and conference center, makerspace, children’s reading room, dedicated teen area, expanded computer access, private study rooms, and an outdoor learning zone that extends programming beyond the building’s walls.

Connected to the library, the one-story, 10,000-square-foot senior center expands services for older residents. The facility includes a fitness area, commercial-grade kitchen, arts and crafts rooms, gaming zones, a spacious activity room, and shaded outdoor gathering spaces that encourage social interaction.

The five-acre site includes shared parking and landscaped common areas that foster connection and maximize operational efficiency. Designed for flexibility and long-term use, the unified campus reflects the city’s evolving identity while strengthening civic life across generations.
