City of League City City Hall Renovation
League City, TX
Following significant storm damage, League City moved forward with a phased renovation of City Hall to restore operations and support long-term growth. The effort began with a comprehensive master plan and culminated in a revitalized facility designed to meet both current and future needs.

The project encompassed 20,200 square feet of major renovations, 2,000 square feet of targeted interior upgrades, and 46,000 square feet of site improvements to enhance parking and drive-through circulation. Outdated systems and non-structural barriers were removed to create a more open, flexible layout suited to a growing municipal workforce.
The reconfigured building includes new offices, workstations, and conference rooms, increasing capacity from 50 to 75 employees. Exterior updates introduced new glazing, a refreshed façade, and a drive-through window to streamline utility payments. All infrastructure systems were modernized to improve long-term reliability and performance.
