City of Henderson Police Forensic Science Center (Crime Lab)
Henderson, NV
The City of Henderson’s new 69,000-square-foot Forensic Science Center was planned and designed in three phases to replace an outdated facility that could no longer support the police department’s forensic and staffing needs.

The center addresses current requirements while anticipating growth through 2025 and beyond.
The facility incorporates a dedicated crime scene analysis and evidence vault area, along with state-of-the-art laboratories, offices, workspaces, processing rooms, restrooms, and a break room. Specialized functional zones support controlled substance analysis, toxicology, blood alcohol testing, evidence processing and control, and advanced forensic services including 10-print fingerprint analysis, firearms toolmark analysis, and DNA testing.
Designed to meet or exceed the accreditation standards of major forensic oversight bodies, the Forensic Science Center reflects the highest industry benchmarks for safety, efficiency, and scientific performance.
