City of Granbury City Hall Renovation
Granbury, TX
Located in the heart of Granbury’s historic downtown, the City Hall renovation brings renewed functionality and accessibility to a prominent civic facility while preserving its architectural character and connection to the surrounding district.
The two-story layout was reconfigured to improve efficiency and service delivery across departments including Planning, Engineering, Permitting, Economic Development, Code Enforcement, IT, and Administration. The design introduced a mix of expanded open-office areas, enclosed offices, secure workspaces, and updated conference rooms to better support day-to-day operations.
Public-facing spaces were reorganized to enhance accessibility, simplify wayfinding, and improve service flow. Interior upgrades feature modern finishes, intuitive circulation, and improved lighting. ADA-compliant enhancements and refreshed lobbies create a more inclusive, visitor-friendly environment. The Council Chamber was updated with a redesigned dais and secure transaction windows to support transparency and civic engagement.
