City of Frisco Fire Station No. 10
Frisco, TX
As Frisco continues to grow rapidly, Fire Station No. 10 supports the city's expanding emergency response needs with a new 18,000 square foot, single-story facility.

With a site elevation change of 14 to 20 feet from north to south, the design team faced challenges in maintaining a single-level layout while staying within budget. The solution balanced site constraints with cost-effective planning to deliver a functional, accessible facility that serves both first responders and the public. Parking for 80 to 90 vehicles accommodates staff and visitors alike.
Located at the southwest corner of Teel Parkway and Little Ranch Road, the station sits near Stafford Middle School, the Panther Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the new PGA golf campus. The building includes dormitory space for 12 personnel, along with a dayroom, kitchen, and dining room. Critical operations are supported by three drive-through apparatus bays, a storm shelter, and a fueling station with a canopy. The design also incorporates a multipurpose training room that serves as a public voting location.
