Natural materials such as stone, exposed wood columns, and metal roofing reflect the character of the 1930s WPA-era setting, while generous daylighting, a central fireplace, and clear circulation enhance comfort and accessibility.

Multipurpose spaces support a wide range of programs, including a subdividable room with stage, arts and crafts classrooms, a fitness center, game room, and personal services lounge. A shaded outdoor Verandah extends activities into the landscape, while a commercial kitchen and administrative suite support daily operations. New walking trails connect to existing park paths, creating a one-third-mile accessible loop for outdoor activity.
