The location on the city’s north side also allows for future connectivity to surrounding commercial and retail development.

The complex includes a 150-person courtroom, secure lobby, uniform services bureau, crime lab, evidence processing and storage, and a 9-1-1 server room. Public zones are planned for efficient service interaction, while the overall building envelope is engineered to withstand hurricane-force winds up to 146 miles per hour and provide ballistic protection.

Dedicated entrances and secured parking areas support both police and court functions independently, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Site circulation was carefully organized to maintain uninterrupted emergency vehicle movement within a growing urban context.
