City of Conroe Fire Training Facility
Conroe, TX
The Fire Training Complex supports firefighter development and recruit academies with a diverse range of realistic, scenario-based environments.

Phase I includes an 8,000-square-foot, three-story Class A burn building connected to a six-story training tower. The burn building contains 12 fully functional rooms designed to replicate both residential and commercial occupancies, allowing personnel to safely conduct live fire suppression, search and rescue, and interior firefighting exercises.
The adjacent 60-foot tower accommodates a wide array of vertical operations with multiple roof and balcony levels, a sloped roof ventilation prop, and rope tie-off points for technical rescue simulations. An upper-level window is engineered for high-volume aerial master streams with a capacity exceeding 2,000 gallons per minute, preparing crews for large-scale, high-pressure response scenarios.
By replicating the challenges of real-world emergencies, the facility provides critical hands-on experience that strengthens operational readiness and supports long-term training goals.
