City of Bellaire Police + Municipal Courts

The two-story structure houses a municipal courtroom, jury room, court clerk offices, police department functions, jail, and training space. The design integrates evolving technologies and allows for future expansion without disrupting daily operations.

Certified LEED Silver, the hardened facility enhances the city’s public safety infrastructure and is strategically sited for visibility and proximity to adjacent green space. Generous glazing provides views toward the neighboring Town Square, reinforcing transparency, safety, and civic identity.

Built adjacent to a new City Hall and Civic Center, the facility contributes to a cohesive municipal campus that supports public programs, government services, and community engagement.
