The 15,000-square-foot station was designed with a compact footprint, featuring a single-story apparatus bay and two-story living quarters. The bold, modern design reinforces the importance of first responders while fitting sensitively into the surrounding residential context.

Programmed for 24-hour occupancy, the facility supports multiple shift schedules for Fire and EMS personnel. Key components include four back-in apparatus bays, a fueling station, and a three-story exterior training stair. Interior amenities were selected to prioritize firefighter wellness and include 14 sleeping rooms, six full restrooms, a fitness room, a 1,000-square-foot kitchen and dayroom, and an outdoor lounge area.
