The three-story, 70,000-square-foot complex combines high-performance architecture with a flexible layout to accommodate a range of tenant needs.

Designed to exceed energy code requirements, the building achieves 25 percent greater energy performance through strategies such as floor-to-ceiling glass, daylight harvesting, and advanced wall and roof assemblies. These sustainable features reduce energy demand, enhance occupant well-being, and improve workplace productivity.

Interior spaces pair premium finishes with purposeful functionality. The lobby and second-floor reception feature sapele wood paneling, natural stone, and granite surfaces in a calm, modern palette. Upper levels support open-plan offices, glass-enclosed private offices, multiple training rooms with advanced technology, and a resource library. Distinctive ceiling treatments, acoustic controls, and durable flooring ensure long-term performance.
