Boudreaux Road

The 1.5-mile corridor connects SH 249 Tomball Tollway to SH 99 Grand Parkway. The project scope included roadway and traffic signal design, extensive drainage analysis, signing and pavement markings, environmental permitting, and stormwater pollution prevention planning (SWPPP).

The project was delivered on an accelerated four-month schedule to allow Boudreaux Road to open ahead of adjacent tollway construction. PGAL coordinated closely with multiple agencies including TxDOT, HCTRA, HCPID, HCFCD, and several MUDs to address permitting, utilities, and alignment considerations.

The design approach was informed by similar projects in the region and shaped through ongoing collaboration with the City, floodplain administrators, utility companies, and local stakeholders.
