Highlights include a resort-style pool complex with a 5,000-square-foot stand-alone bar and more than 6,200 square feet of interior space for fitness, lounges, and support services. The building also incorporates a 20,000-square-foot sales center, accessed by dedicated elevators and a grand staircase that connects directly to the main reception lobby.

A future phase is planned to add 16 additional units, supporting Bluegreen’s long-term development strategy. To ensure connectivity across the property, a covered pedestrian breezeway links Phase II to the original Club 36 lobby, providing direct access to check-in services, administrative offices, and shared amenities throughout the resort.
