Balmoral Crystal Clear Lagoon + Amenity Village
Humble, TX
The Balmoral Crystal Clear Lagoon + Amenity Village is the centerpiece of a Land Tejas master-planned community, combining a 9,500-square-foot clubhouse with a two-acre man-made lagoon to create a resort-style destination for residents.
Drawing inspiration from the castles and manor houses of Balmoral, Scotland, the clubhouse features stone arches, parapet walls, and finely detailed doors and windows. Inside, timber trusses, hardwood doors, and warm wood finishes establish a welcoming, refined atmosphere. In addition to hosting resident gatherings, the clubhouse serves as the check-in point for lagoon and pool access.
The lagoon offers two distinct beach zones tailored to different preferences. A quiet serenity beach provides a relaxing retreat, while a family-oriented beach features cabanas, loungers, and recreational access. An adjacent grotto enhances the setting, and an infinity-edge pool near the clubhouse elevates the amenity’s upscale appeal.
