The terminal serves as a welcoming point for arrivals and departures, with direct access to the adjacent U.S. Customs and Immigration General Aviation Facility. Renovation efforts focused on improving the passenger experience while meeting current aviation and technology expectations.

Key upgrades include a new reception area, a reconfigured passenger lounge, and expanded customer restrooms designed to support increased use. A new cantina and vending space were added for traveler convenience, along with a conference room and business center to accommodate executive passengers.

Improvements extended to the pilot’s lounge and administrative functions, including reorganized staff offices, the flight planning room, and other support areas. Finishes, materials, and furnishings were selected to create a refreshed, professional environment that supports both domestic and international general aviation travelers.
