Villa 18 was transformed into a premier Las Vegas retreat, blending a bold 1980s design influence with high-end finishes and a rich, dramatic palette. Expansive views of the Las Vegas Strip provide the backdrop for a series of distinctive entertainment spaces, including a luxury wine, bourbon, and cigar lounge; a sculptural serpentine bar positioned to frame the skyline; a fully transparent acrylic piano that functions as both instrument and art; a pool table adjacent to a secondary loft bar; and an immersive room designed for virtual reality and TV viewing.

To maximize flexibility and functionality, a former wellness zone was converted into a flex space that can be used as a bedroom with an ensuite bath, an in-suite gym, or a support space for large functions held in the Villa. This reconfiguration allows the villa to operate as a four-bedroom suite or connect seamlessly with Entourage Suite 16 to form a five-bedroom mega-villa. The new layout also allows Suite 16 to function as a two-bedroom unit with a central shared living space, accommodating a range of guest experiences.
