The refresh included new interior finishes, custom furnishings, and curated accessories throughout both villas. Key upgrades featured enhanced architectural lighting with new lamping and trim details, integrated smart technology systems, and modernized audiovisual components. Existing bars were updated, including the relocation and expansion of Villa 19’s bar to improve visibility and functionality.

Villa 19 received several targeted spatial improvements. The primary suite was fully redesigned with a spa-inspired bathroom and integrated lounge area. A former massage room was transformed into a dramatic private study that opens to the dining space, maintaining privacy while enhancing flow. An underutilized salon was converted into a dedicated fitness room with a clean, modern aesthetic.

The most significant transformation involved repurposing the former gym and sauna into a private theater and gaming lounge featuring a 98-inch screen, full surround sound, and acoustic isolation for an immersive experience.
