Arena Energy Corporate Offices
The Woodlands, TX
This 82,000-square-foot, three-story interior build-out establishes a fresh corporate identity for a client focused on innovation, technology, and employee well-being. Positioned along Lake Woodlands, the layout was developed to maximize lakefront views and introduce filtered natural light throughout the workplace.
Workspaces are designed for flexibility and autonomy, offering a mix of private offices, open desks, enclosed meeting rooms, and casual collaboration zones. This variety supports individual focus while fostering team interaction. Unique lighting, sculptural installations, and contrasting finishes work together to reflect the client’s values and create a workspace that inspires innovation and connection.
15 departments are distributed throughout the building and connected by a central interconnecting stair that acts as both a visual anchor and an organizing element. The stair links curated art displays, lounge areas, and communal dining spaces, encouraging movement and informal interaction along daily paths.
