American Airlines engaged PGAL to renovate its North Pier Hub Control Center (HCC) to align with updated standards and evolving operational needs. A strategically phased approach allowed daily functions to continue in swing space while the main control room, supervisor’s office, and kitchenette were fully renovated. Phasing and scheduling were closely coordinated with overall construction milestones to prevent operational disruptions.
