PGAL Reflects on a Rewarding Career Fair Season
As our career fair season comes to a close, we are reflecting on an energizing month spent connecting with students and emerging professionals at universities across the country. Throughout February, our teams engaged in meaningful conversations about design, career paths, and the internship opportunities available at PGAL.
PGAL’s internship program is designed to provide hands-on, immersive experience. Interns contribute to active projects, support concept development, assist with drafting and presentations, and collaborate alongside experienced professionals who are committed to mentorship and growth. The program is grounded in the belief that early professional experiences should be impactful, educational, and inspiring.
This year, we met talented individuals eager to explore careers in architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning. From portfolio reviews to thoughtful discussions about firm culture and project work, each interaction reinforced the importance of building relationships and investing in future design professionals. The enthusiasm and curiosity students bring to these conversations continue to energize our teams.
While the majority of our career fair travel has wrapped up, a few final dates remain. We look forward to continuing these conversations and meeting even more future designers and problem solvers in the weeks ahead.
Thank you to the universities and students who welcomed us this February. We are grateful for the connections made and excited about the opportunities ahead.
