PGAL Hits the Runway at the Houston Airports Aviator Run

The Houston Airports Aviator Run is a unique aviation-inspired race that invites participants to run, walk, or jog directly on the runway at Ellington Airport.

Offering both 5K and 10K distances, the event brings together runners, families, airport employees, and the broader Houston community for a memorable experience that blends fitness with aviation excitement.

What sets this event apart is not just the setting, but its purpose. The Aviator Run is a charity-driven initiative, with all proceeds supporting Wings of Compassion – Houston Airports, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping airport employees and their families.
