Drainage
At PGAL, safety is at the core of our drainage practice. We approach each project with a commitment to protecting the public, reducing flood risks, and ensuring that infrastructure performs reliably under extreme weather conditions. By prioritizing safety in both design and execution, we help create communities that are better prepared and more resilient.
Our Drainage group serves TxDOT, counties, municipalities, and private clients across Texas, delivering projects that range from smaller neighborhood and site improvements to complex drainage networks within major highway corridors.
Our in-house transportation team leads the design of roadway drainage, ditch design, storm sewer networks, detention design, and floodplain impact assessments. By combining technical expertise with advanced design software, we create drainage solutions that avoid adverse impacts to surrounding areas while managing stormwater effectively and minimizing long-term maintenance.
What sets PGAL apart is our ability to integrate drainage seamlessly with transportation and site design. We collaborate closely with agencies, stakeholders, and subconsultants to deliver cost-effective, constructible solutions that reduce flooding risks and enhance public safety. With a client-focused, hands-on approach, PGAL ensures that every drainage project – no matter the scale – contributes to safer, more resilient communities.
